How it works:

1990-2005 Ford 4.6L, 5.4L, and 6.8L are Notorious for Blowing the sparkplug and stripping the threads out of the head.  We offer Blown Spark Plug Hole Repair on The Aluminum Ford Heads, and other Foreign Car/Truck Aluminum Heads. (Toyota, Nissan, Honda etc.)

Stripped sparkplug hole is carefully bored out and cleaned.
Solid Bushing Time-Sert, Insert is installed, that is designed to lock into place For a Permanent Repair (unlike Helicoil which is more like a spring, and may come out when pulling the spark plug out, and may blow the spark plug out again causing even more stripped threads).
Plug and Coil are replaced (If Needed).
Repair is Tested and checked with Computer
Your Stripped Spark Plug hole is NOW better than original with a permanent  Time Sert insert..

Mobile Service is an additional $50 (within 25 mile Radius of Oakley, CA).

If hole has been repaired before and we have to oversize the hole, it is possible there is not enough metal to do the procedure and no warranty is expressed or implied.
